​My History

 

  • A business woman, mother, community developer and supporter, authentic counselor, uplifter and life coach.

  • Direct marketing achiever in the realms of life enhancing products.

  •  A registered auctioneer.

  • When attending the course with 39 men and one other lady Cheryl came top.

  •  A member of Rotary International since 1999 and is in good standing in her Club being pivotal in Community and International hosting and relations.

  • Also part of home hosting for exchange students worldwide.

  • The office of Cheryl’s Property Group is in White River, Mpumalanga.

  • Cheryl is registered with the Estate Agency Board and wrote the Board Examination in 1987

  • She wrote and passed the CRS examinations (Certificate of the Residential Property Specialist).

  • Cheryl’s Property Group offers clients on going service such as: Keeping them informed of current property marketing prices, care and counselling, Remembering important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. Helping clients moving into the area integrate into the White River community and assisting them wherever possible.The service clients have received from Cheryl is endorsed in that this office has sold the same property up to four times – this is consumer loyalty. 

  • Cheryl’s Property Group is a member of the Fidelity Fund of the Estate Agency Affairs Board and therefore does have insurance to indemnify our buyers against acts of property fraud or non-disclosure.

  •  A lady with a passion for property and selling, millions of rand value of sales have been achieved over a twenty five year career.

  • Retired from this industry, May 2013, and now using a wealth of knowledge in human relationships and negotiation skill and understanding to enrich the lives of others.
